Level 1 - Activplant Fundamentals (TR-ADM-L1)
This is a 3 day instructor-led course designed to provide introductory level training of the ActivEssentials software suite. This course introduces the attendee to data collection concepts and covers the standard functionality and features that can be used to maintain and administer an Activplant Installation.
Who Should Attend
Anyone that would require a basic level of understanding of the ActivEssentials software suite or anyone
responsible for maintaining and administrating an Activplant Installation.
Course Objective
Students will gain a fundamental understanding of the Activplant modules and general concepts needed to
use and maintain their system. The focus of this course is to provide the student with the knowledge and
understanding of the most common usage and administrative functions that occur on a regular basis.
Course Content
Upon completion of the course the student should have an understanding of the following:
- ActivEssentials 5 data collection methods
- Shift editing and Security configuration
- Common collection configuration components
- Modifying and maintaining Web Views
- Basic report creation and administration
- Common Troubleshooting techniques
Prerequisites
Participants should be familiar with data acquisition concepts and the Windows 2003 operating system.
