Activplant Technical Support

The Activplant Support and Maintenance Program provides access to our Support Engineers as well as the provision of software patches, service packs, and product enhancements. Activplant regularly provides minor software updates and strives to provide a significant product release annually. Access to these important product updates will ensure that you have the latest fixes, features, and new capabilities to optimize the value of your Activplant software investment.

Customer support is available via our Support Center by contacting us toll free at 1-877-528-7217, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Our Support team can answer your questions and assist you in real-time with any product issues encountered.

Activplant Support Engineers are individually trained in the implementation, use, and troubleshooting of our products, and when needed, can escalate issues to our software architects and developers through an internal process. Both our Support and Research and Development Centers are centrally located at Activplant’s head-office ensuring critical, time-sensitive issues have the right resources made available to drive resolution to any logged incidents.

ActivCommunity Self-Service Portal

ActivCommunity, our customer portal, is accessible 24/7 and provides you with self-service access to software downloads, searchable product and technical information, and status updates on support cases and feature requests. ActivCommunity also provides a means for you to log any critical software issues that could occur outside of regular Support Center hours; you will receive a response back from our after-hours, “on-call” Support Engineers.
