Cancellation Policy when Training at Activplant

• If Activplant Corporation receives a written cancellation notice at least 14 calendar days before the first day of training, no cancellation fee is applicable.
• If Activplant Corporation receives a written cancellation notice within 14 days of the scheduled training, a cancellation fee of 50% of list price is applicable.

Cancellation Policy when Training Onsite at Customer/Partner Facility

• If Activplant Corporation receives a written cancellation notice at least 28 calendar days before the first day of training, no cancellation fee is applicable.
• If Activplant Corporation receives a written cancellation notice within 28 days of the scheduled training, a cancellation fee of 50% of list price plus any expenses are applicable. Expenses can include, but are not limited to, cancelled flights, shipping costs and hotel cancellation fees.

Rescheduling of Courses

• If a training course does not meet the minimum participant enrollment number, Activplant Corporation reserves the right to cancel it within one week of the first day of training. Any participants registered for a cancelled training course will be automatically enrolled in the next available training course. If a participant has been transferred to a new training course due to an Activplant Corporation cancellation, the rescheduled course will not be cancelled. Participants will not be transferred more than once.
