The Enterprise Gateway seamlessly integrates Activplant with your business systems, including your ERP, MRP, SCM, CMMS and APS systems. Based on rules you establish, Activplant Enterprise Gateway automatically exchanges plant floor data, warnings and alerts with your business systems in the format that these systems require.
Activplant Enterprise Gateway is a bidirectional integration engine designed to create a real-time connection between your plant-floor and business systems such as SAP, QAD, Maximo, DataStream and others. Using Activplant Enterprise Gateway, all the data required by your business systems is automatically collected by Activplant from the entire plant and thus ensuring data accuracy, immediacy and completeness. This data is then the basis for different levels of integration:
