Topic: Getting Serious About Lean Culture Implementation

Linda Kiedrowski is CEO & Owner of The Paranet Group, Inc., a networking and continuous improvement organization for manufacturing company executives established in 1988. Today there are over 200 members throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. 

Marketing and coaching CEO’s & senior executives are Linda’s strengths.  She has a strong business background which includes investments, management training, banking, lending, and management of a major bankcard processor’s marketing department.  

Linda is known for her organizational skills.  She facilitates strategic planning, develops business plans and is an expert in working with groups of all kinds.  She has coached senior executives for over 20 years.

The Paranet Group is an organization of high level executives from manufacturing companies.  Its purpose is to facilitate sharing the years of valuable knowledge and experience each member brings to the table.  This is done primarily through the creation of “personal peer groups”, each consisting of 10-15 people, and a highly organized network where members participate in activities designed to share best practice experiences.

Dennis Cocco

Founder & Chief Product Strategist, Activplant Corporation

Dennis Cocco founded Activplant Corporation in 1998 in London, Ontario and was the company’s first President and CEO. Mr. Cocco currently holds the position of Chief Product Strategist. He is an industry expert with 15 years experience in collaborating with advanced plant operations and manufacturers. Activplant is the leader in Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) and has been providing manufacturers with practical business solutions that create value to their customers and stakeholders.

Before founding Activplant, Mr. Cocco was co-founder of JMP Engineering Inc., an automation systems integrator specializing in advanced manufacturing. In his career, he has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 companies to setup and optimize their automation systems. Mr. Cocco holds a BSc in Systems Design Engineering and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

From the North

• Tri-State to O'Hare and Mannheim North exit

From the West
